Monkey Riot Pedals Available at Notpedals!
The Rippletron offers unique modulation pedal that merges the characteristics of tremolo, phasing, and vibrato to produce a rich tapestry of sonic textures. Its design is inspired by the DOD Vibro Thang, a pedal celebrated for its innovative combination of phase shifting and vibrato effects, allowing musicians to achieve sounds reminiscent of a rotary speaker.
With the Rippletron, you can explore a spectrum of sounds—from the subtle, pulsing warmth of classic tremolo to the swirling, psychedelic nuances of phasing and vibrato. This versatility enables you to craft tones that range from the gentle modulation heard in vintage rock to the more pronounced, dynamic effects favored in modern experimental genres.
A 3mm Red LED indicates modulation speed, even when the pedal is bypassed.
Controls:
Speed: Adjusts the rate of the LFO Modulation
Depth: Adjusts the intensity of the pitch and volume Modulation
Wave: Adjusts the intensity of volume modulation (tremolo). At minimum, tremolo is indescernible while at max, tremolo is a deeper square wave.
Filter: Adjusts the resonance of the modulation. Adds more phasing effect
Internal dual dipswitch allows selecting between Guitar and Bass mode. Bass mode uses larger coupling caps for increased low frequency response.
